As the Chief Guest at Global Edge School Madhapur annual day celebration, I witnessed an
extraordinary event that blended patriotism, talent, and education in a truly inspiring way.
The evening began with the customary lighting of the lamp and the felicitation of students of
the previous academic year, thereby recognizing their achievements with medals, certificates,
and heartfelt applause.
The theme, “Bravehearts – Bharat ke Veer aur Veeranganaye,” paid homage to India’s
legendary freedom fighters and warriors—from the defiant King Porus who stood against
Alexander the Great to our great warriors who fought the foreign invaders, the British Raj to
the modern war heroes of Independent India until Operation Sindoor.
Students brought history alive through mesmerizing patriotic songs, energetic dance
performances, and poignant skits, evoking a profound sense of national pride among the
packed auditorium.
The performances were a highlight, with young performers donning period costumes to
portray icons like Rani Lakshmibai, Bhagat Singh, and Subhas Chandra Bose and many more.
It wasn’t just a celebration; it was a lesson in resilience and sacrifice of our great nation.
What truly elevates Global Edge School, Madhapur is its bold, forward-thinking approach of
